Distance to breach
Live room to the daily and max loss, and what happens if every stop is hit.
Your account's rules, enforced for you. Any firm, any phase.
Live room to the daily and max loss, and what happens if every stop is hit.
Flattens affected trades before restricted news, from your firm's calendar or MT5's. Nothing to allow, nothing to type.
Where floating losses count at your firm's reset, closes only what would lock tomorrow, 60 seconds before.
Warns at twice your usual risk, asks at three times.
Closes before a break longer than your rules allow.
A tighter daily limit, a profit lock, Done for today. Soft locks you can override; hard ones you can't.
115 packs, 3,000+ quotes from the firms' own pages. Every day each quote is looked for again on the firm's live page; one that goes missing flags its pack for review before anything changes. Verified means every rule is quoted; provisional means the firm leaves a safety rule unstated or states it two ways — that rule warns instead of acting, and the app says so.
When a firm moves a rule, the pack is rebuilt and ships as an update. Stricter rules apply at once. Looser ones ask first.
Name the firm and program. The pack gets built, verified and shipped.
[email protected]Drag the stop and target lines on the chart; the lot size follows. Pass now banks exactly the phase target from your open profit, after the firm's checks. Nothing here trades on its own, and no stop is ever loosened.
Every MT5 account you ever trade stays in one journal on your PC, so passing a challenge never means starting from zero.
No card. Nothing to cancel.
Most firms permit Expert Advisors and trade managers. Prop Logician never opens a trade by itself and does none of the practices firms ban (tick scalping, arbitrage, copying between traders, HFT). Each rule pack records the firm's EA policy and the app shows it.
Seven firms and 115 rule packs: FTMO, E8 Markets and BrightFunded with verified packs; FundedNext, The5ers, Funding Pips and Alpha Capital Group with provisional packs, where a rule the firm leaves unstated warns instead of acting. Every value is quoted from the firm's own pages and re-checked every day by script. Other firms are added on request, and corrections reach you without reinstalling.
The EA can only close trades on the account MT5 is showing, so on prop accounts it keeps backstop stops on the broker's server: sized so that if every stop is hit, the account still ends above the lockout. They never loosen a stop you set. And if MT5 leaves an account with positions open, the app raises an alarm on every screen until an EA watches it again.
Before the firm's line, not at it. The daily lockout sits 0.5% of the account before the firm's daily limit — a 5% limit becomes 4.5%, a 3% limit 2.5%, never below half of it — and the max-loss lockout at 90% of its limit, so a slow fill on the way out still ends inside the rules. Where your open trades could move the account further in a fast second, the lockout sits earlier still. The backstop stops on the broker's server are sized to the same margins.
Yes. Choose "My live account" on the setup card: no firm rules apply, only your own tools act — your daily limit, the profit lock, Done for today and the arms. Real-money accounts are allowed.
No. The app fetches the calendar your firm's rules refer to (FTMO's own, or MetaTrader's) and hands it to the EA. There is no URL to allow in MT5 and nothing to type. If the app is closed, the EA keeps a cache and falls back to MT5's calendar.
MetaTrader tells the app the firm, server, account size and leverage. The phase is not visible from inside MT5 — a server name can't tell an evaluation from a funded account — so you set it once with the slider at the top, and the phase you set is the one in force. Nothing is added on a guess; moving to a looser phase asks for a confirmation.
A copier copies trades, not rules. Each account has its own phase, size, reset and news rules, and its lockout only exists on its own terminal. A funded account fed by a challenge master is not closed before restricted news, because the master has no such rule. The copied accounts are exposed exactly where their rules differ. Solo guards one account at a time. Trader guards every account you attach it to, no limit, each by its own rules, all in one journal: attach the EA on the receiving accounts as well and the copier can keep copying.
Yes. The app and the EA run on the same machine as the terminal, so a VPS works as well as your desktop.
Nothing. The beta is free and no card is taken, so nothing is charged. Email us, we send the installer, and we ask only that you tell us what works and what doesn't.
We'll tell you before the beta ends and what comes next. Nothing renews by itself, because there is no card on file.
